On Wednesday 9th March, Chef Tom will join his former Head Chef, Tom Aikens, at Manchester House to cook one of eight courses at a tasting banquet to support Hospitality Action. Also on the bill are Aiken’s protégés Lee Westcott, Vicky Endersen, Dan Smith and Roger Hickman.

Hospitality Action was set up in 1837 as a charity to aid those who work, or have worked, in the hospitality industry and find themselves in need of support. They offer assistant and advice across an enormous spectrum of crises including addiction, homelessness and relationship support.

The charity will receive £100 of every ticket sold. David Walker, Chairman of Hospitality Action’s Northern board, said: “We are hugely grateful to Aiden for using his contacts to pull together what promises to be an unforgettable event for food lovers.

“It’s not often you get the opportunity to sample a meal cooked by seven separate chefs of such calibre, whilst at the same time raising much needed funds for charity.”
