The Chef/Patron of Restaurant Story, Tom Sellers, has created a sandwich with the critically-acclaimed street food company, Sub Cult. The sandwich will be available on weekends throughout December with the collaboration kicking off at the Beavertown Brewery Taproom in Tottenham Hale on Saturday December 3rd.
The sandwich contains Tom’s duck and coriander sausage, grilled and topped with melted Gruyere. The duck and cheese have been sourced from The Butchery and Mons Cheese, who both trade at Brockley Market. Also in the sub is sweet cucumber ketchup, fermented ginger mustard, five-spice salt, scallions and watercress. It will be priced a £9.
